2160 PSI test separator skid with 48 in. x 10 ft. separator vessel has unique design which allows to handle any oilfield challenges, such as higher pressure, higher flowrate, higher measurement requirements and high-sand content.

Comparted with conventional 1440 PSI, 42 in. X 10 ft. test separator skid, current model of test separator has bigger and longer skid; additional turbine flowmeter and Coriolis flowmeter for oil measurement; additional 3 in. gas line and orifice meter for gas measurement; highly efficient sand jetting system; bigger diameter of vessel, and pressure pilots connected to ESD system. Current model is mostly favored by oilfield service companies from Middle East as services companies work in remote and hard areas without having immediate access to the service workshop and station utilities. Our 2160 PSI test separator is a perfect choice to be mounted on special SWT trailer, which carries not only separator skid, but also other surface well test equipment.
